NextGen AI
A multi-year development path where students starting early in high school build real AI projects, develop professional-grade skills, and position themselves for the AI economy.
Global Education Support
Through our partnership with Caring Hands for Children, we sponsor and support children's education in India, creating opportunities for young students who need it most.
Youth Volunteering & Community
We engage students in the U.S. to volunteer through Zoom sessions with children in India and support local community institutions like Valley Hindu Temple.
Why It Matters
The Window Is Closing
Entry-level jobs are shrinking. AI is replacing junior work across every industry — marketing, design, writing, data analysis, customer service. Students who wait until college to learn AI will already be behind.
Most AI "education" teaches awareness, not capability. Students learn what AI is, but not how to build with it. The timing problem is real: by the time most students graduate, the landscape will have shifted again.
We start earlier so students build real capability before college — not after.
At the same time, access to quality education remains unequal globally, and local communities need the support of engaged young people. Juneja Foundation works across all of these fronts.

NextGen AI: Beyond the Basics
This isn't an intro to AI. NextGen AI is a multi-year capability building system where students build real AI-powered tools, services, and businesses — project by project, skill by skill. From writing content for brands to building chatbots for customer service, students work on professional-grade projects.
